Dr Angharad Rudkin, Clinical Psychologist

Bob Greig and Rebecca Giraud

Encouraging and supporting families to be better informed of their choices when separating is at the heart of all our work. The publication of the ‘What About Me’ report (Family Solutions Group, November 2020) and (Almost) Anything But Family Court (2022) with its core messages of families understanding the options, avoiding family court where possible, and different professionals working together to best support clients, we recognised the urgent need to do things better.

Rebecca, Bob & Dr Angharad 2025

OnlyMums & Dads (OMD) was founded in 2007 by Bob Greig.  After going through a bitter and stressful separation he recognised a lack of dependable on-line information and support for parents and their children.

Since then OMD has grown into a national organisation working with a wide range of professionals and organisations who are working hard to offer parents better solutions to support them through separation.

We have published two books 'Separating With Children 101' and 'Almost Anything But Family Court'. We are regularly featured in national radio and press.

Rebecca Giraud, Director

Rebecca joined OnlyMums in 2009 having returned from working on a range of social development projects both in the UK and overseas.  Having worked with vulnerable families for over 15 years, she recognised the need and value of giving parents access to accurate professional on-line support.  Rebecca lives on Dartmoor with her family.

Bob Greig, Director

After graduating from King’s College, London and prior to founding OM/OD, he worked for 16 years as a senior property manager for the Church of England and King Sturge. Bob is often asked to talk to the media on issues around fatherhood and single parenting. He lives just outside Totnes in Devon.
