We offer support for any parent going through a family separation. With over 20 years of working in the family separation space we understand the issues, concerns and dilemma's for parents separating with children. Our support is focused finding solutions that are best for you and your children and, where possible, keeping out of the family courts.
Whilst you will work with one of us; our team works collaboratively, sharing knowledge, resources and experience to ensure you receive the best possible support.

Who Can We Support?
We can support any parent going through a separation or divorce and are particularly useful for those who are stuck and don't know where to start.
What Can We Help You With?
In general, we can help you to work out a path forward at a time when you may well be feeling stressed, overwhelmed and exhausted. You might need someone neutral to talk to - it can really help. And/or you might have some of the following questions.
Do I need to see a professional (ie family lawyer, mediator) and how do I choose who to see? What can I expect?
I am not sure of all my options for resolving my situation.
Do I have to go to court?
I am really struggling to communicate with my ex around the children?
I am really worried about the impact on the children.
I am struggling with the co-parenting.
I am in abusive relationship and struggling to get out.
How do we sort out our finances?

You can work with either one of us.
How Long Are The Sessions?
45 mins online, face to face or on the telephone - whatever works best for everyone.
Additional sessions are available.
How Much Do Sessions Cost?
£65 - any additional sessions will be costed based on length etc.
Do You Give Legal Advice?
No.
What would a first session look like?
Most importantly, they are relaxed and confidential.
After introductions etc we will ask you to talk about your situation, we will ask you questions to find out more about you and your family to identify where can help. The sessions will focus on you, your children and your family.
What would I receive after any session?

We are both co-directors of a national social enterprise OnlyMums& Dads that has been working in the family separation space for over 20 years.
We have published two nationally acclaimed books, 'Separating With Children 101' (Bath Publishing) and 'Almost Anything But Family Court'. We also host the national Children, Children, Children conference
We have developed a range of evidence-based resources for parents and train professionals working in the family separation space on the impact of separation and divorce on children.
We have built up a huge network of the very best professionals working in this space and an enormous library of invaluable resources for parents to support them through a separation or divorce.
